39 2008 honda civic serpentine belt diagram

Does anyone know how long these belts are good for as I do not want to wait for trouble. My 06 civic has 120,000 km's on it. How to loosen the tensioner in order to put the serpentine belt back onto a 2005-2011 Honda Civic.
