40 ford 800 tractor parts diagram
I am in the market for a mid 80s diesel tractor with a loader, 3 point, and 4 wheel drive somewhere around 25-30 HP. I see a lot of Ford tractors and I have to wonder if they are good options? Are the parts hard to get? [tractordata.com](https://tractordata.com) shows the tractors are usually made in Japan, etc. If I had one of those where do you get parts? I have an stock 8” Sync 3 radio system. I’m installing an LOC for the first time, but can’t find any diagrams online identifying the wires I’m looking at. Everything I can find is for previous years not compatible with my car. Is there another way to install the LOC or somebody know the correct wires? It’s a bit frustrating and I don’t want to take the car into a shop to get it installed. Thanks 🙏.

Just bought the family farm. It came with a Ford 4000 that my grandfather always started and I never learned enough about. The ignition is obviously broken but the starter wires are exposed. Wondering what this sound means and if anyone can help. Also, how do I tell if it’s a diesel or a gas Ford 4000? Any easy telltale signs on the gauges?
